Marc Matsumoto is the host of the renowned NHK Globe television series Bento Expo, which aims to teach people all around the world about the art of bento creation (currently in its fourth series and scheduled for a fifth). He’s also a chef, restaurant consultant, and food blogger. Marc, who was born in Japan, reared in Australia and the United States, and now lives in Japan, is particularly suited to connecting culinary cultures and delivering these dishes to audiences all over the world.
Maki Ogawa author of Yum-Yum Bento Box and All Year Round, as well as the co-host of Bento Expo from Quirk Books. Maki, a working Japanese mother of two kids, has been cooking bentos for her family every day for the past fifteen years. She offers her abundance of bento making knowledge not just on TV and in her cookbooks, but also on her Instagram account, @cuteobento.
