Description
To use the Sticky Rice Cooking Pot, first, soak sticky rice in water for at least 4 hours. Fill the pot with water, about one-third full, and bring to a boil. Place the soaked sticky rice in a steaming basket (traditionally bamboo) and set it on top of the pot. Cover the basket with a lid or cloth to trap steam. Let the rice steam for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking. Once tender and sticky, the rice is ready to serve!
