Melamine lacquered tableware should be soaked in warm, soapy water for 15 minutes before use. To clean, use a soft damp cloth and a towel to pat it dry. Using a mild detergent and a brief cycle in a dishwasher at a low temperature is possible. The surface will be scratched if you use aggressive scrubbers. No use in commercial dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, or any other type of heating device.
