Making the Jujube Wood Noodle Bowl
The Jujube Wood Noodle Bowls are handcrafted from natural Jujube wood and in many cases can take up to 3 months to create. Starting with selecting the right materials for the bowl, each log is hand-selected to make a particular size and cut down into usable blocks which can be used in a lathe. The process of making these bowls follows a traditional approach that dates back to the Edo period.
