Description

Shokado Extra Large Bento Box is an elegantly shaped lunch box for enjoying traditional Japanese food. It was first designed in the Edo Period (1603–1868) by calligrapher, Kano Tsunenori of Kyoto, Japan. It is considered one of the best bento boxes because of its beauty and functionality. The Shokado includes a generous six compartment inner tray that allows separation of foods such as rice, nori (seaweed), and pickled vegetables – with its elegant exterior it makes it the perfect choice for a healthy Japanese meal.
